How does a sweet shop’s inventory differ from confectionery production?
A shop receives and sells finished goods: sweets, chocolate, biscuits and gift sets. A production workshop also tracks ingredients, recipes and output. This page covers retail; production needs a separate review using your products as examples.
How do I manage gift sets?
A ready-made set can be a separate product. Assembly from components and automatic component write-off need separate verification and are not implied by a regular product card.
How do I track loose and boxed sweets?
Use separate items and units for goods sold by weight and ready-packed boxes. Check quantities in these units on receipt. If you pack goods yourself, agree separately how to convert bulk goods into packs.
How much does ROSTA setup cost for a sweet shop?
The main Retail license for an outlet with one checkout costs 30 USD/month or 240 USD per year (20 USD/month). An additional checkout at the same outlet costs 10 USD/month. Mobile Light is available for 9 USD/month; we will separately check whether it meets your needs. Setup on your own equipment costs 110 USD once, including the first month, configuration and training. Your chosen subscription is paid after that.
How should I prepare to migrate my records?
Prepare your product database, units of measure, current stock and equipment models. During the demonstration, we will check key operations and agree on catalog structure and the migration process. Device compatibility and the scope of work are checked before launch.
How does ROSTA compare with other software?
