Questions about using the system
coffee outlet

Don’t see your workflow? We’ll show it in a demo

Is KDS essential for one barista?

No. When one employee takes orders and makes coffee, a kitchen display may be unnecessary. Start with POS and accounting; equipment is selected for the outlet's actual workflow.

How do I start managing inventory?

Start with your product range, units of measure and opening stock. Set up drink recipes for different sizes. Before going live, check a test sale and stock deduction.

How much does migration to ROSTA cost?

Migration to ROSTA is free. Before switching, we’ll agree on the data to transfer and check export options in your current system. Licences and setup are charged separately; free migration does not mean free use of the software.

How much does a ROSTA licence cost?

30 USD per month for an outlet with one POS, or 240 USD paid annually, equivalent to 20 USD per month. Each additional POS at the same outlet costs 10 USD per month. BackOffice and Mobile Office are free. Equipment and setup are priced separately.

Can I use my existing equipment?

Before setup, we’ll check your checkout, printer and other equipment models. We’ll confirm compatibility and workstation requirements before launch.

How does ROSTA compare with other software?

For coffee to go, compare workflows using your own data: drinks, extras and raw-material usage. ROSTA offers Mobile Office, free technical support and free migration. Compare the terms with iiko, Poster, r_keeper and Paloma365. View comparisons and migration terms.
