How do I keep packs and cartons separate in inventory?
Define the sales unit and receipt-entry method before launch. Use precise names and barcodes for each item. Automatic carton-to-pack conversion must be tested with your example; an ordinary barcode does not imply this capability.
Is tobacco product marking supported?
Yes, ROSTA supports tobacco product marking. Before launch, we will agree on how to work with your assortment and equipment. Pack and carton accounting will be reviewed separately using a receiving and sales example.
Can accessories be managed alongside the main assortment?
Yes, create separate product groups for them. Sales and stock can be analyzed without mixing them with the main category.
How much does ROSTA setup cost for a tobacco store?
The main Retail license for an outlet with one checkout costs 30 USD/month or 240 USD per year (20 USD/month). An additional checkout at the same outlet costs 10 USD/month. Mobile Light is available for 9 USD/month; we will separately check whether it meets your needs. Setup on your own equipment costs 110 USD once, including the first month, configuration and training. Your chosen subscription is paid after that.
How should I prepare to migrate my records?
Prepare your product database, units of measure, current stock and equipment models. During the demonstration, we will check key operations and agree on catalog structure and the migration process. Device compatibility and the scope of work are checked before launch.
How does ROSTA compare with other software?
