Does it support product marking, batches and expiry tracking?
Yes, ROSTA supports product marking, batch tracking and expiry dates. We will demonstrate these operations with your range and agree on equipment setup. Prescription workflows and other specialised integrations are clarified separately.
Can dosages and pack sizes be tracked separately?
Yes, as separate items with precise names and barcodes. This organises inventory records; it does not automatically validate prescriptions or product interchangeability.
What should you prepare for the demo?
Prepare a list of required operations, a sample delivery note without personal data, sample product codes and equipment models. We check specialised workflows first, then discuss database migration and pricing.
How much does it cost to set up ROSTA for a pharmacy?
The main Retail license for an outlet with one checkout costs 30 USD/month or 240 USD per year (20 USD/month). An additional checkout at the same outlet costs 10 USD/month. Mobile Light is available for 9 USD/month; we will separately check whether it meets your needs. Setup on your own equipment costs 110 USD once, including the first month, configuration and training. Your chosen subscription is paid after that.
How should I prepare to migrate my records?
Prepare your product database, units of measure, current stock and equipment models. During the demonstration, we will check key operations and agree on catalog structure and the migration process. Device compatibility and the scope of work are checked before launch.
What should you check when choosing pharmacy software?
Test product marking, batches, expiry dates, receiving and sales with your own range. ROSTA supports these operations. Prescription workflows and specialised pharmacy integrations are agreed separately, before database migration and configuration selection.
Is training and free support available?
Yes. You can learn the basics of ROSTA in two hours of training. We will cover your pharmacy workflows; database and equipment preparation are planned separately. Technical support is free. If needed, you can contact ROSTA accounting experts for accounting assistance; their service terms are agreed separately.
