Can different sizes of a fragrance be tracked separately?
Yes. Create separate items with names and barcodes for sizes and variants to see sales and stock for each product.
How do I check display stock?
Open a stocktake in Mobile Office, scan items with the camera and enter actual quantities. Post the document after checking.
Does AI help receive invoices?
Yes. AI recognises lines and suggests matches from your product database. An employee checks the result, quantities and prices before posting the receipt.
Does ROSTA verify perfume authenticity?
No. The software helps maintain product and document records. Authenticity and origin are checked through supplier documents and store procedures.
How do I know which products are profitable to buy?
Compare product sales with cost and profit, then check stock. The owner makes purchasing decisions using these figures.
Can I keep my existing equipment?
Yes, if it is compatible. Before connecting, we will check your checkout computer, scanner, printer, scales and payment terminal. Equipment and setup services are priced separately from the subscription.
How much does store automation cost?
Mobile Light costs 9 USD/month. The main Retail license for an outlet with one checkout costs 30 USD/month or 240 USD per year. An additional checkout at the same outlet costs 10 USD/month. The annual price of the main license does not apply to Light.
How does ROSTA compare with other software?
