Can sizes and colors be tracked separately?
Yes. ROSTA supports size, color and model variants, with stock tracked separately for each item.
How do I receive a new collection?
Create a goods receipt and check products, quantities and purchase prices. AI invoice scanning recognizes lines and matches them to your database; an employee verifies the result.
Can I take stock from my phone?
Yes. Select a warehouse, scan barcodes with the camera, enter physical quantities and compare records in real time. After checking, post the document.
How can I see profit, not just revenue?
Compare turnover, cost and profit in Mobile Office, and view reports by product and category. Calculation accuracy depends on the purchasing and stock-movement data entered.
How do I record transfers between stores?
Create warehouse transfer documents in Mobile Office and check stock at the outlet you need.
Can I keep my existing equipment?
Yes, if it is compatible. Before connecting, we will check your checkout computer, scanner, printer, scales and payment terminal. Equipment and setup services are priced separately from the subscription.
How much does store automation cost?
Mobile Light costs 9 USD/month. The main Retail license for an outlet with one checkout costs 30 USD/month or 240 USD per year. An additional checkout at the same outlet costs 10 USD/month. The annual price of the main license does not apply to Light.
How do I compare clothing-store software?
Test one workflow: receiving a new collection, choosing size and color at checkout, checking stock for each variant and transferring goods between stores. ROSTA can demonstrate these operations; compare checkout, equipment and setup costs separately. Migration terms and solution comparisons are available on the retail software comparison page.
Is training and free support available?
Yes. Basic ROSTA operations can be learned in two hours of training. For your clothing store, we will cover your workflows; database and equipment preparation are planned separately. Technical support is free. If needed, you can contact ROSTA accounting experts for accounting assistance; their service terms are agreed separately.
How much does migration to ROSTA cost?
Migration to ROSTA is free. We agree on the data scope and export options from your current system before switching. Licensing and setup are charged separately.
